At Hikvision, we stand behind the quality of our security and surveillance solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your hardware in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate RMA Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific device.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, manuals, and a copy of the RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent to our technical inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
